Founded in 1998, DongGuan ZhiMei Mould & Plastic Factory is specializesd in injection mould manufacturing and plastic products moulding, with main industry refers to automobile, electronic, medical, home appliance and office products, etc. 90% of moulds are exported to North American, Western Europe, Asia, etc.

With 160 employees, ZhiMei Mould Company is a medium scale injection mould
Manufacturer integrating coordinated service from product R&D, mould design and production, including CNC, EDM, Wire Cutting, plastic parts moulding, to silk screen and product assembly.
A. Lead-time: 3-6 weeks from approval of tool design to first mould trial (T1), influenced by the size of the mould.
B. Capacity of building conceivable type of tool from prototype to full-blown hot runner multi-cavity tooling.
